Dry carbon (prepreg) is autoclave-cured under heat and pressure, producing a part that is lighter, stiffer, and far stronger than wet-layup carbon. The weave is consistent, the surface is glass-smooth, and there is no resin pooling — exactly what manufacturers like BMW M Performance use on factory carbon parts.

Yes. Every part is moulded to a specific chassis code — never universal. We list ACC-compatible variants separately where the chassis offers both. If a panel requires test-fitting prior to paint, we flag it on the product page.

We create and provide the best quality and fitting carbon for every platform we cover. Each part is engineered for precise OEM fitment, finished with a glass-smooth weave, and built to the same standard as factory M Performance components.

Yes. We ship worldwide via insured freight. In-stock parts dispatch from our California facility within 1–3 business days, with typical delivery in 7–25 days depending on destination. Made-to-order panels ship in 14–28 days, with delivery typically in 21–45 days. Reach out with your chassis code and ZIP for an exact quote.

Pricing reflects where and how the parts are built. Roughly 90% of our stock is manufactured in the USA, not sourced from overseas mass-production lines — that means higher labor cost, tighter QC, and faster turnaround on revisions. About 95% of our catalog is genuine dry (prepreg) carbon fiber, autoclave-cured under heat and pressure: lighter, stiffer, dimensionally stable, glass-smooth weave, and no resin pooling — the same process BMW M Performance uses for factory carbon. Dry carbon costs more to produce because it requires prepreg material, autoclave time, and skilled layup, but the result is a part that fits better, weighs less, and ages without yellowing or warping. For the small share of parts we offer in wet carbon, we use the tightest, most consistent 2x2 twill weave available on the market, hand-laid over CNC-machined molds and clear-coated with UV-stable resin — the best wet carbon you can buy, used only where dry-carbon tooling is not viable for the part geometry.

Installation is not included, but we partner with vetted carbon-specialist shops in major US metros and can refer one in your area. Most lips, skirts, diffusers, and spoilers are designed for bolt-on or 3M-tape mounting with no cutting required.

Every part carries a 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty. Unmounted, unmodified parts may be returned within 30 days. Painted, mounted, or modified parts are non-returnable — standard for the industry.
