Returns & Exchanges.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Approved returns receive a prepaid return shipping label, and we do not charge a restocking fee.
Return eligibility
Parts must be unused, unmounted, unmodified, and in their original condition and packaging, with any included accessories. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. Inspect and gently test-fit your part before permanent installation.
Standard discounted and sale-priced parts are eligible under the same 30-day terms. Installed, painted, cut, trimmed, or otherwise modified parts are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Custom-made or personalized orders and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to start a return
- Email info@adexcarbon.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to return, and its condition.
- Wait for approval. We will send your prepaid return label and packing and shipping instructions.
- Pack the part securely in its original packaging and follow the supplied instructions. Please do not send a return before contacting us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not fit the listed vehicle configuration, contact us promptly with photos and your order number before installing or modifying it. Manufacturing defects are covered by our one-year warranty; the 30-day change-of-mind return period does not shorten that coverage.
Exchanges
Contact us to arrange an eligible return. Once it is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement part so you can select the correct model and configuration.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email info@adexcarbon.com.
European Union orders
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or request a return within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. Contact us for return instructions.
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
